Sergei B. was our service man. He underpraised and over delivered. My old washer got broken at 4pm and Sergei came at 5pm!
The next morning Sergei came at 10am as he said with a part and fixed the machine and explained to me what went wrong and that the machine will now likely work for many years to come... I could not be happier.
