My washing machine broke down in the middle of a load...I couldn't even open the machine. I called MAX Appliance Repair. They sent out a repairman that day.
Ilya was my repairman I can't say enough about him. He explained to me what had happened, fixed my machine cleaned up after he was finished...you would never have known someone was in the laundry room. Ilya was professional and friendly. I will use them again if needed and will request Ilya as my service man.
