Evgen was sent by Max Repair. He showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, very pleasant. Evgen got right to work, identified the problem showed us the part that needed to be replaced and was very knowledgable in suggesting getting that sorted before turning the oven back on and potentially creating a bigger issue. Sort of process of elimination stemming from the original issue...
Ordered the part, said it should be in on Monday (it was Saturday) and he'd come back and install it. Got a call a couple of hours later that he was able to pick the part up. Came back, installed it quickly, finished up and was out the door all in a day. Reasonable prices, great service, and quick. Would use again.
