This builder is very good at marketing themselves and getting the business. But when it comes down to quality and customer service, they fall short. And I mean very short to the point. Just answering the phone or responding to an email is like pulling your own teeth out. I understand covid took a hit on every business, but a new build house shouldn't be falling apart, and walls aren't supposed to have a massive bulge because they cant fit things where they were suppose to be. The quality of craftsmanip of the house looks as if they went to a tradeschool of 1st years, hired them to work together, and build a house. The worst part is, that all of the "premium" materials you add on the finishes and all, are all discontinued items that they bought in bulk from a vendor at a heavily discounted price and they just market it up 3000%. I am very disappointed in this builder, and I would never recommend them to anyone. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS BUILDER! They will take your money and give you a polished garbage in return.

A lot of things that were covered under tarion for warranty up to the 1st year are breaking and/or failing. When you bring up these issues, instead of trying to point you to the right direction, they just say sorry not our problem. Go figure it out yourself.

The worst.

I am very disappointed in the quality of products this company tries to pass off as adequate. I'm in a condo that is barely one year old and have to tolerate a broken garage door repeatedly...multiple times per month! All cars are trapped in the garage every time this happens and there has been no offer to help by Andrin Homes. Their sub-trade, Northern Docks, is just as bad. The level of service they provide on the warranty for this poor quality door is just as bad. We paid good money for these condos. This is just disgusting...

Bought a new townhome from Andrin. Truss uplift all over upstairs meaning the ceilings along the walls have large cracks in them in the winter time. Hollow tiles main entrance, and kitchen, like not enough glue so tiles move under your feet. Front entrance door diesn't close properly. Below subpar builder.

Worst experience ever! These guys should be shut down. Missing, broken, scratches, uneven, not one single thing from tiles to cabinets to floors done properly. Complete circus. Incompetent, non responsive and unprofessional right across this entire organization - stay away from this builder.

We bought an Andrin Home in the Country Lane development and we love the house and the layout, however I cannot say the same for their customer service/after sales team. We have been in for over 5 months and still have several items unresolved from the PDI as well as the 30 day. The trades are quite sloppy and they will tell you it is not their job, or the job is to big so they won't fix the issues. Their customer service team is horrible and this includes the director of customer service. Does not return emails and tells you what you want to hear, rather than just get items resolved. I will keep trying until I am satisfied. Buyer beware they take your money and give you the run around.

Bought from Andrin new home construction and just moved in a few weeks ago. Read some negative reviews for this builder so was a bit nervous at first. Im giving Andrin top marks. Home construction is solid. Considering that its not a custom built home the workmanship is still very satisfactory. The brick work and inside finishes is A1. Customer service personnel were easy to communicate with. 90% of the repairs that had to be done when we moved in were taken care of within a weeks time. Just some tiles left to do. Builder was prompt and took care of the issues quickly. So I have no idea of the negative publicity this
builder may have had in the past. Was a pleasant experience dealing with them and wouldn't hesitate to buy another home from them.

Purchased a new home from Andrin in phase 1 of Hillsborough in East Gwillimbury. From the beginning the process has been smooth and enjoyable. We went early and had a wide selection of lots available to choose from. The sales centre staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the entire purchase process. We dealt specifically with Joanna and Sydney who are both very professional and personable. We had the pleasure of working with Anne on a few structural changes to the house and she was very accommodating with our requests. There were some things that just could not be done, but she suggested work arounds and even sketched out a proposal to the architects for us. I have friends who purchased Andrin townhouses in Cathedraltown and they all have great things to say about the builder. One thing that impressed me most was the willingness to be up front about prices and timelines. Our original closing was scheduled for Sept 2017 but has now been delayed till January 2018. While this may be viewed as a negative thing, I appreciate the delay instead of a forced closing like some of the other builders I have heard about in the Newmarket area. Keep up the great work Andrin Homes, and we cannot wait to move into our new house!
