We were Sia’s previous customer back in 2017. He came to our house to help us for the squirrels issue inside the attic. The issue was solved and we had been very satisfied until the roofers damaged the one way door installed. We had to call Sia again just one month before last Christmas. He responded in the same quick, and arrive on time as per the appointment. He found the problem right away and installed a solid one way door at a very competitive price. There were total 3 squirrels and they were gone in a day. Highly recommended Sia’s professional service. And he is a very nice person and willingness to share his knowledge with his customers regarding how to protect the property and away from wildlife and pest issue. He is the super star in the field of pest control and wild animal control.

Sia did a great job in all stages of our ant extermination. He answered all of our questions even before arrival at our home, and provided us with the names of the chemicals to be used so that we could research them if we wanted. He was also mindful of pet-friendly solutions.

While at our home he worked carefully to trace the ants' nest and place bait traps strategically. He explained best practices to us to achieve optimal results.

Sia followed up promptly in a few days to check on the progress of the job. He continued to offer great advice to us to make sure that the infestation could be brought under control, and to make sure the traps could be removed without damaging our new hardwood floor. Throughout the process, it was clear that Sia has the thorough technical knowledge of a professional exterminator.

Very impressed with the efficient, comprehensive manner in which Sia Wildlife services identified the issue followed by the execution of actions required to complete the needed work, under very challenging conditions: i.e. very steep roof; high temperatures,(very hot).

Sia helped us with a raccoon in the attic. Initially, he needed to ensure there were no babies, and once that was 100% confirmed, he found the place that the raccoon was using to enter the attic and placed a gate that allowed the animal to leave but not to re-entered. He made sure to check and reinforced all the possible places that the animal could use to re-enter, and now the animal is gone, and we can sleep well. Sia was very professional, walked us step by step on what needed to happen, and always showed us videos and pictures of the situation. I recommend this company 100%

He answered all of our questions, gave us all the details on what would be done and what to expect. We had a raccoon living in our attic and call Sia Wildlife Control inc for the removal. We are very happy with the expertise they provided and their services. The raccoon has now moved on from our attic. They made sure our house was well protected from futur intruders. Their costumer service is also great and they were always available when needed! I definitely recommend them!

I called Sia after about a week or so of hearing a critter in our attic. He came by the same day we phoned and completed a thorough investigation on the roof and in the attic to pinpoint where the raccoon was coming in from.
He did a phenomenal job fencing off the entry point and inserting a one way door. Within a few days, the raccoon had successfully left through the door and Sia came back to patch everything up.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the job. He really stands by his work and I would definitely use him again!!
