Sia did a great job in all stages of our ant extermination. He answered all of our questions even before arrival at our home, and provided us with the names of the chemicals to be used so that we could research them if we wanted. He was also mindful of pet-friendly solutions. While at our home he worked carefully to trace the ants' nest and place bait traps strategically. He explained best practices to us to achieve optimal results. Sia followed up promptly in a few days to check on the progress of the job. He continued to offer great advice to us to make sure that the infestation could be brought under control, and to make sure the traps could be removed without damaging our new hardwood floor. Throughout the process, it was clear that Sia has the thorough technical knowledge of a professional exterminator. Touch wood, four days ant free! Thanks Sia!

I imagine that Ian will post photos soon, so I will defer to the 'picture is worth a thousand words' saying. After having watched many home renovations shows over the years, my spouse and I entered our renovation project with a healthy amount of concern. Contractor delays, sub-contractor sub-par work, short-cuts and so on were troubling as we headed into the process, given that they were so pervasive. Ian has a ton of energy and a clear passion for his work. None of the above potential nightmares emerged for us as homeowners. Ian was always 'present' during our renovation project -- no gaps in work or communication took place. He has aligned his company with sub-contractors of the highest order. In particular his painting contractor, 'Alex', was extremely detail-orientated which was a tremendous relief, given that he played a huge role in our renovation. In any renovation project, problems will happen. That is neither here nor there, but rather, the response to problems is key. Any issues we had with Ian or his sub-contractors' work was sorted out promptly and with respect. Outstanding work, Ian/Brinq Construction!

Outstanding service and quality of work! Andy gave us a solid, no pressure written estimate, which was honoured. Labour and materials were also guaranteed in writing. He also showed us actual shingle samples, rather than just giving us glossy brochures. No surprises, no extras once work began, no nonsense. A roof (and also our big garage, in our case) is huge financial expense for homeowners, and we were worried about something that might go wrong. Nothing went wrong, and everything went right! The Sunrise crew arrived on time, and worked flat-out. The job was done in one day. Proper synthetic underlays and ice & water shields were used. The quality of their work was of the highest order! Also, impeccable clean up... not a speck of debris was on our property when we returned. Great work, very fair price, excellent service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
