Had Peter repair some ugly foundation work on the front of my house as well as top step face and a crack in brick mortar. Really nice guy, was responsive but work is sub-par. It has an uneven "partially dried" look to the faces, not sure why but he said it would go away, it didn't after less than a year. Less than a year later here I am with a chip out of it after spraying it with a garden hose. NOT a pressure washer, a garden hose on a medium setting, rinsing some dirt off it. A chip about 2" diameter blasted out of it, clearly the surface was not prepped properly. He wants 50 bucks more to fix (already expensive at 450) and says it's my fault. Sorry dude but it's water against a concrete product (supposedly the best product out there according to him... doesn't matter if you cant prep a surface properly).
