Steve has never let me down. In the middle of a heatwave, our AC broke down and I wasted time calling other places that wanted to charge me hundreds just to come by and even then, they couldn't come for days. I called Steve and he was able to squeeze me in on the same day. Within an hour or so, the AC was fixed and Steve was on his way - no unnecessary attempts at up-selling things i didn't need - like other companies do. Next time I will call him first!

My 6 year old furnace decided it was not going to work with the Nest smart thermostat this week. Thehouse temperature dipped below 16 C and we had to use small heater to keep warm. Steve responded within 30 min of my call Thursday and spent the next two days trouble shooting and reapired the furnace. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, effective and fair price compared to the other contractors I dealt with. Much appreciated!

The heater of my house did not work well, Steve came to my house as soon as possible after receiving my call. He is professional and solved the problem quickly and told me how to check the heater work normally by myself.

This should be four separate (and long overdue) reviews because this guy has serviced my home many times already, which shows his versatility. Every time he was here in a pinch to deal with emergencies. For years he has done my old furnace maintenance, but when it finally died in the dead of winter, he provided us with electric heaters until he could bring in a brand new furnace the next day. Same thing with the July 2018 heat wave when my 30-year old AC finally died. Was there in a pinch to install a new unit within days. After I bought my replacement water heater, Steve completed the installation and gas inspection. Same for my replacement gas stove. And for my most recent project, he redid the duct work for my basement reno. Steve is top notch and always there. Very reliable. Thanks Steve for being there for us for 5+ years now.
