We hired Gary and his team after a recommendation from a friend. He comes and does the roof himself. The site was left clean and he respected our gardens and took care when completing our garage roof. The job looks perfect!

The staff were professional in their workmanship and conduct. They didn’t smoke or use profane language with is unheard of in the trades. They cleaned up with “no trace” mentality. The job was done ahead of the estimated schedule.

Practical Roofing texted and we agreed on a price with him getting back to me with a time at a later date. He texted and I was out of town and asked if we could reschedule. He has since ignored every text. He simply ghosted me. I wonder if he is the few who bill for services never rendered. This has happened to me in the past and I simply wanted to be at home when the gutters were being cleaned to make sure that they were in fact being cleaned and also to inquire as to the possibility of the gutters causing water seeping into my ceiling. Very very bad business ethic.

Found Practical Roofing on this site last year and hired them to reroof our rental property.
Gary was great to work with....he came to our home and explained the products and process. He is friendly and punctual. Roof was completed on time and the site was left clean of debris.

We were very happy with Practical Roofing. Gary was very friendly, honest, professional and very responsive. We did not know whether we needed just a shingle repair or whether our roof needed to be replaced. Gary took the time to explain what was needed, and answered our questions. This time we only needed a few shingles replaced. The work was complete very quickly, and within the budget quoted. When we need to re-roof in a year or two, we will be contacting Gary again. We would recommend him to others looking for an honest and reliable company.
