This company came 5 times to repair this problem. They could not find the issue. On the last trip I was told that I could get my money back for the issue if the problem still persisted for a part that was replaced. When I call on the weekend I was told to get a new furnace. I had the part checked by another company and was sold a faulty part. Another company fixed the problem on the first trip. Do NOT recommend this this company for it’s practises. Still no refund.

We called Top Care to come to our home to remove our air conditioning unit while we had concrete work done. They also came a second time to re-install our unit once the concrete work was complete. The office staff answered calls promptly and was able to book a technician quickly. The technician came on time for both our appointments and was able to provide the service we required.

I will definitely call Top Care again in the future should we require any other HVAC work. Thank you Ridvan, Isabelle and the rest of the Top Care team!

I've had the pleasure of meeting Ridvan twice now and both times he was at my home within hours to address the problem. Thanks to him the problems we've experienced never got to escalate as Ridvan capped the issue before it became a more expensive and maybe even irreversible problem. I especially appreciated his honestly in not trying to oversell me on things I dont need, and also his transparency in ensuring me that my issues did not mean a complete replacement of an entire unit. Things like that are what keep professionals in my mind the next time I have an issue because I know I won't get gouged by dishonest technicians trying to take advantage of people who aren't well versed in their craft. Lots of respect for these guys is definitely warranted. When they fix it, its fixed. Not ever had I ever had to call them back. Call them.

I had a water heater and humidifier installed by TopCare. They provided a free on-site estimate, the pricing was fair. Muhaib was reliable, knowledgable and did a great job. He even returned my old rental unit to the drop-off depot as a favour which was much appreciated. Overall, I would recommend TopCare for any HVAC services.

Muhib was very friendly and trust worthy. He knew what he was doing and service was very quick and relaible. I would highly recommend him.

My furnace's control board was replaced by Top care Heating and cooling. Muhib did great job on installation. He checked the furnace from top to bottom to see if there are any other problem. He also checked our AC to see our HVAC system works problem free. Muhib is a reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable and polite person. I extremely recommend him to anyone. Very happy with Muhib and his level of service. I replaced my old rental unit with a new model (no more monthly payments). Of the half dozen places I called Muhib was the only person to come to my house before he gave me a quote. Competitive pricing, arrived on time, knew his stuff and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the process. Have to give him extra credit for being patient with my questions while working. Would definitely recommend.
