First, the company contacted was different from the company on the receipt. Then the technician, not the friendliest being, determined there were no issues with our leaking washer. Charged the $75 service fee and left. I figured maybe it was just a random leak, started a load of laundry and there's water leaking out from beneath the machine. Clearly there's an issue somewhere. He also backed into a panel box on our driveway and left without saying anything.

Dryer was squeaking so bad a guy come out. He sat on his phone for 30 minutes and gave me a parts list and said it would $450 with labor. I bought all the parts through a different company which totaled $80.

I called a different company who just came out today. He asked who gave me the quote, I said these guys and he said they are crazy. The parts this company listed did not need to be replaced so I wasted my money there and the service costed me $180.

Came in to look at dishwasher. Told me $520 to fix my 1 year old dishwasher. The cost brand new is $600. Paid $80 for garbage service. DO NOT USE THEM!

Called to get my dishwasher drain repaired. Service rep had very poor communication and charged 184 for 15mins of work after being quoted $80 would never recommend this company. The number to call the manager connects to a car dealership DO NOT USE

I set an appointment for the guy to come out and look at and possibly fix my dishwasher. He switched out a part for us that we already knew about and had. replaced the pump (which he had a part in his vehicle) and tightened it into the counter. I was quoted $69 for the visit which will be deducted from the labor cost if any repairs are done. When the guy looked at everything he told me it will be $130. plus tax. I said lets do it and he proceeded. When he was done, he gave me a bill for 330. plus tax. His english wasn't the greatest which is why we had different figures, but even still for a solid hours work and a part he was EXTREMELY overpriced and couldn't give me a very good breakdown. It felt like he made up the price and the part price. He was nice but the whole experience felt very shady. They charge apparently per job and the rates are very high. I will NOT be using them again. I learned as well when dealing with someone with a thick accent to get him to write down his quote so I can see it on paper. I would have refused if I had seen 330. rather than 130. but lesson learned.

I give a poor review as customer service was terrible. I needed my GE washing machine fixed as the wash cycle would consistently stop part way into the cycle. A tech from Junior Appliances was sent and determined we needed a new valve. In retrospect we should have just ordered ourselves and done it ourselves. I was later informed by the Tech's supervisor (Vadim) that the part was in but he didn't want to commit to an appnt. Said he'd call on the weekend, he didn't, therefore I had to chase him down calling him to book. Got a last min. appnt for the Mon in the evening, no-show..called the supervisor and he ensured me that his tech was on his way when he was still out in Fort Sask...so NOT en route. No one made an attempt to call or text me that they would be late or not coming at all. I again had to chase them down...very poor customer service. I finally got a committed service the next day where I was given a small discount for my troubles, but after all that poor service and poor follow up with your customer, absolutely do not recommend. The tech himself apologized but clearly his supervisor has poor communication skills.

We called for service on washer last year and when the tech arrived, the washer started on its own. The tech was understanding, had a sense of humor and did not charge us for his wasted time. Last night, we called last moment as our dryer broke. With a family of five and leving for a trip today, it was awesome that they made their way in freezing weather late in the evening to replace the heater in the dryer. It runs perfect now. Both gentlemen were polite, efficient and in good spirits for late in the evening! I will gladly recommend this company to my family and friends!

I called this company to come and diagnose my refrigerator. I was told that the cost for the diagnosis visit is $ 65. The technician came and without looking at the refrigerator, he said that this is a thermostat problem and it need to be replaced. The cost for labor and replacement thermostat is $350. When I asked whether he is 100% sure that it is a thermostat problem, he said no and it could be something else but I have to change the thermostat and pay $350. He also said the cost of the thermostat is $200. I looked the thermostat up on the internet and found it much cheaper. The technician charged me $65 for doing nothing and told me that if I buy the thermostat myself, they will come and replace for me for an extra $85 (Total $150 for labor). I was able to buy a brand new original thermostat for 65$ from Amazon vs. $200 from them. I call them to book the appointment to replace the thermostat and told them that I bought the thermostat myself. They gave an appointment on Monday (December 24th Morning). They never showed up or called back since then.

Tuesday we called Affordable Appliance to ask for someone to come out and give us an estimate to repair the oven on our stove. We knew the stove needed a new control panel, but we wanted an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. A technician from Junior Appliances was dispatched. He came to the house, looked at the stove, and told us that we needed a new control panel (which we already knew) and said he would get back to us the next day with a quote. He didn't. Three days later, after a full morning of phone calls, we finally got hold of a "supervisor" who informed us the cost was for only a diagnosis. Not what we asked for, not what we paid for. We were given all kinds of excuses for why a quote might take a little longer. If so, then the technicians should NOT promise what they cannot deliver. We are not happy customers and would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company is horrible!! Eugene came out 3 times to fix my fridge in 3 mos because the same problem persisted. Then they failed to show for 2 appts I set up with Vadim (I missed work for this) and now, of course, they won't return my phone calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They should refund my $$ because everything is still under warranty so I can go to someone who knows what they're doing!!
