The $10 refund cheque has not been received as of April 1st, 2023 after numerous emails to the company.
The company's customer service appears to have an alternate view of facts. We did not speak on the day of service and the response by email was not received in writing until several weeks later.

Working with this company was disappointing.
First, we hired the company for a pre move-in cleaning for all the rooms, closets, and windows of the house plus appliances such as fridge and oven. Some areas of the house were not adequately cleaned. There was dirt and debris left in cabinets, closets and window tracks. We had to personally clean some areas in addition to the pre move-in cleaning so we could move-in on time.
Second, we booked the company under one of their online promotional pricing advertisements that was in effect at the time. Our final invoice showed that we were charged the higher, non-promotional price for the service. When we emailed the company regarding the price difference between the online advertisement and the amount charged on the invoice, the company did not reply to our email until we followed up again several weeks later.
We are very disappointed by our experience.

As you'll recall we did connect the day of your clean once it was completed by both phone and email not just to review your email with you but because your credit card was declining charges. As discussed, items such as window tracks are not on our 49 Point Checklist and are not part of our service unless requested in advance. When we spoke, we did offer to arrange a time to come back and take care of them at no charge but you let us know not to worry about them - that offer still stands, as we emailed you last week when you reached out again.In terms of the online promotion for $10 off a fridge clean, we did apologize for that not being included and a cheque for the $10 was mailed to the address on file.
