Goemans Appliances

I ordered new appliances in December and paid as soon as I received my invoice. Then in february they accused me of not paying my invoice and put me in the back of the queue for April delivery. Garbage company didn't care.

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Goemans 15-16 months ago. It's never worked properly: leaves food residue caked on dishes and cutlery and even inside drinking glasses (which come out dirtier than they went in). After multiple complaints and 2 service inspections, we're still getting the run-around from Goemans. Long waits on hold with their customer service department usually result in speaking to someone who says "someone will get back to you within 2 business days" ("someone" DOESN'T). There's an obvious unwillingness to address the problem, i.e. to replace the "lemon" of a dishwasher that they sold us.

Th staff are great at the Mississauga, 403 & Dundas. The salespeople, Pierre Jamil & previously, Bill ? were very knowledgeable & helpful. They would go the extra miles to find out info. I had a great experience with the delivery man who was very careful with our newly renovated condo & appliances. The date was Feb. 1 in am to 2511 Lakeshore Rd W.
The Kitchenaid service man was not with our delivery 5 years ago when we were living in our house.
