We had a Daikon DX17 -fit AC installed in our new house. The free quote provided multiple options and price points to choose from. All prices were within range of our other quotes for the AC models and installation. Furnace Family provided their own technicians which included an electrician. We needed a load miser installed. The quote for the included load miser was cheaper than other quotes. Rory and Jordan took great care to protect our floors during the install. They were fantastic! They cleaned up after they were done. They took the time to explain their work. I was very impressed. It was too cold to test the unit and so they will return in the spring to complete the job. I highly recommend Furnace family for this service.
