Here is why:

- explained everything as the went
- looked for approval on placement of system
- friendly and considerate
- system works exactly as described - I have a radon detector; levels are completely acceptable after system installed
- cleaned up after completed - I think the areas they worked in are cleaner then when they started ;-)
