Called Gancy for wasp entering into the house wall. Returned call in 5 minutes and came over next day. Spray, spray and spray, wasp go go and go. Awesome job and 6 month warranty.

Gancy came same day and was very quick and efficient in removing 3 hornets nests. Work was guaranteed for 6 months and within that time should any more nests pop up, Gancy assured us he'd remove them for free whether we were home or not. All we have to do is call him and he will come, remove and take away any nest.

Gancy showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and allowed me to watch him in action.

He had a machine to spray/fog/fumigate and the inside of the brick wall to kill the wasps nesting and a powdered insecticide for any wasps returning to the nest.

As he fogged/fumigated through the opening the wasps were using he noticed the fog leaking from 2 other areas (weeping hole and the base of the conduit). He sprayed those areas and applied the powdered insecticide (as seen in pictures) to all the affected areas. (3 in total)
He also walked around the house to check for any additional nests.

Overall I am very satisfied, it's been 1 day and I haven't seen any wasps around the area. He told me if there were any other wasps in 2 weeks to give him a call for a follow up treatment.
