Gancy, came in and was a wealth of information. He took the time to explain the nature of mice and what he was doing every step of the way. I feel so much more comfortable in my home once he explained where they came from and how his method will keep them out. Shakeel and Mr Ahmad came on time and quickly found the problem. They installed a one-way exit for squirrels to get out! They not only did an excellent job (please see pic attached), but also went extra miles helping me connect and tape the loose vent in the attic. Shakeel said he would come back again after 1-2 weeks to remove the one-way exit and I won't hear the squirrel noise any more. Their service comes with 3-year warranty.
