I had carpenter bees in my backyard sunporch. I made a call and the technician was there within a few hours. He was very professional, took the time to explain things to me, and worked very efficiently to solve the issue.

Gancy Removed a wasp nest that was on the side of our house. He was very professional, communicated with us very well and did a great job. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants to get the job done well.

We had a piece of aluminum trim come loose and wasps decided to make their new home under my eaves. The nest was well established by the time we discovered it. We had 3 quotes and went with Pest Zone Pest Control. Gancy told us the first application might not work but repeat visits would be covered under the intial fee. He had to return 2 more times but the wasps were finally eradicated and have not returned.

I had a very bad infestation of Carpenter Ants in an old backyard deck that was being demolished. I called Gancy and he was very accommodating in giving me a same day emergency appointment to spray for the infestation even though he was fully booked.

I consider myself very fortunate to have come across Gancy....he is super knowledgeable, insightful and a decent human being. I heard little critters in my house and was not going to take any chances. Called Gancy and he arrived the same morning. Did a perimeter audit of the house and through interior review. He educated me on typical entry points for mice and their normal routine once inside. Glad to hear the odd univited guest was normal once in a while but I wanted them gone. Gancy set up traps and distributed pellets accordingly. He guided me on how to monitor the situation to know his expulsion plan was working. He also encouraged me to call with any questions and would come back without hesitation. Gancy was genuinely interested in my concerns and understood how important it was for me to be proactive. We were getting 10 to 20 ants crawling around our home for days. We put out ant bait and we unleashed an outpour of ants on our second floor. We immediately called Gancy and he was able to come out the next day. We had to push furniture a foot away from baseboards so he could get to all of them and had to be sure everything was clear under all sinks so he could reach those as well.
Gancy arrived on time, dressed with face shield and gloves to protect us and himself from covid-19.
We left the premises so he could do his job. He called when he was finished and from a safe distance, he explained his findings and his warranty. He said we may see a couple of ants for the next few days but then nothing and if I were to see even one ant in 2-3 weeks I am to call him back and he will come out immediately. We saw 4 ants after a few days and now nothing. I would recommend Gancy to anyone needing ant extermination. Thank-you Gancy for giving us an ant free home. :)
