I had a very bad infestation of Carpenter Ants in an old backyard deck that was being demolished. I called Gancy and he was very accommodating in giving me a same day emergency appointment to spray for the infestation even though he was fully booked.

He thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me some very good advice to mitigate any risk in the future. I would most definitely use his services again.
