I rent an old house that has a pretty severe ongoing house centipede infestation. Gancy has been a lifesaver in helping to keep these bugs at bay.Because the landlord refuses to deal with the moisture in the basement, Gancy advised that it would be impossible to prevent the infestation re-emerging. But they seem to disappear for three months, and Gancy always honours the 6-month guarantee and visits approximately every three months to keep things under control. At a total cost of about $600 over the last year (or $50/month). it's well worth it for the peace of mind.

Our entire lawn was destroyed by carpenter ants, so we called Pest Zone, after finding them on Homestars. Gancy came out and sprayed everywhere he saw any evidence of the ants. He was very informative and knowledgeable - and spent a long time making sure he sprayed them all. He informed us that due to the fact that it was outdoors, there was no warranty. But he did say if we saw many ants, to give him a call. Unfortunately, we did see several places where they seemed to be re-appearing a week or so later. When we called him, he returned and basically re-sprayed everywhere - at no charge. His customer service is the best! On top of everything else, he is so nice. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs his services. Thanks so much again, Gancy.

Had numerous carpenter bees around my backyard shed a month ago. Gancy came and sprayed the areas around the shed where the bees were living. Though there were still a couple buzzing around, he said to wait a couple weeks and the bees will eventually disappear. The next few days, there were still a bee or two around the backyard but as he said, after two weeks, they are gone.
