Very professional and meticulous work. Harold is very knowledgeable and has an eye for details. His installation of my furnace and ac was very tidy, all wiring, tubing and ducting was tucked out of the way and the work area was kept very clean. He was very thorough and asked questions of my future plans so as to accommodate possible future renovations in the installation.

HC Precision Air is a professional and trusted company that I highly recommend to other home owners looking to have any HVAC installations or repairs on their home. HC Precision Air is excellent at what they do and talk you through every step or work that they begin! Unlike other companies, they have a sales rep come in to do a work order and provide you details of the job but are not the actual Tech's to come in. HC Precision Air does not leave you in the dark and they want the homeowners to be educated on the simplest thing (example. how often to replace your furnace filter). You get what you pay for with HC Precision Air. The owner of HC Precision Air is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. The owner is very customer friendly, provides you with options and will do his best to work around your schedule.

The one thing that I really like and noticed was the workmanship of HC Precision Air is that they are meticulous, showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise! HC Precision Air also does a great job on following up with future maintenance/service on your HVAC. After getting the run around from large companies and having them reject to do work at my home due not knowing how to repair my air condition unit I was told by a friend to give Harold a call. I had Harold over at my home and within a week he had my air condition repaired. He even found an issue with my gas line and repaired that too. Harold checked and made sure that my entire Hvac system was in perfect working order top to bottom. Harold was clean and tidy and explained the issues and process as he proceeded to work on my unit. He was very polite and genuine and made me feel comfortable while at my home. Harold is someone who takes pride and has compassion with his work and customers. We called HC Precision Air as our furnace was acting up. We knew we were due for an upgrade on our system and Harold was very honest in his diagnosis. He thoroughly gave us our options on costs to repair the furnace or to install a brand new system. We ended up going with a new furnace,air conditioner and humidifier. HC Precision Air showed up on time and completed the job very thoroughly, cleanly and professionally.
