KennMarr was referred to us by our designer after a flood that we had in our basement. Their workmanship to details is spectacular. Tony and Shane worked on our basement and I can't say enough about them. Perfection! They painted, built closets, installed floors, installed drywall insulation, trim , bathroom tiling etc. Their attention to details was incredible along with their positive attitudes. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Marla was always available by text and would visit the site periodically. Kenny did the electrical and even fixed my back gate for free which took him over an hour! KennMarr also put in a quartz countertop in my kitchen and a porcelain backsplash. It looks incredible! Marla has excellent taste and is a pleasure to work with.

Prep for sale. Kenny is a great painter efficient and clean. Painted a fireplace, garage door exterior and exterior front door. Fixed ceiling tiles in basement. Patched up a very grimey basement bathroom to make it fresh.

They renovated our bathroom, kitchen and did crown moulding on our main floor.
They were professional and I was always able to reach them through text or phone. I will definitely use them again.

My husband and I started a renovation about 3 months ago and slowly, slowly it went from a crew of 5 showing up every day down to 1, I repeat one guy a day who said he would finish the job. Even the project manager and owner of the company wasn't showing up anymore and wanted us to give 5K more to this guy that was showing up every day in order to finish the job. He wouldn't answer our calls. My husband emailed him to find out what was going on and that was that. No response. My house was in shambles, there was tons of work left to do and they left all their equipment and mess and never showed up again. I went on FB looking for reviews and got a lot of referrals about Kennmarr. They showed up right away, dedicated 3-4 people daily and not only knocked out the work that needed to be done but fixed the shoddy painting, wood work and electrical work that our previous guys did. They are patient and were ok with us being detail oriented about the little things. They stayed longer hours and made suggestions to us that were helpful and time saving. Marla never ignores a text or phone call and Kenny is professional and patient. They've made my house beautiful and we are enjoying it so much. In 8 days, they gave me my house back! So grateful. Thank you Kennmarr Enterprises!

These people are AWFUL!
I called a few companies to come and look at my deck that needed to be redone and Marla was the first to respond. She came with a man to look at the deck, tell me they have done this hundreds of times. I wrongly assumed this guy was the one going to do the job... so I hired them. The next day 2 young guys show up. They took a few days to redo the deck and did an awful job. The floors were on a slant, sharp corners everywhere, nails popping out. ... It even looked awful. I called Marla to tell her. She comes to examine and tells me that I am being too picky. They tried to smooth some corners, level the stairs... without any success. I realized these men were hopeless and inexperienced in their job since I am going round in circles talking to them. The deck barely lasted 2 years. This past summer I had to hire another company to come fix the deck. The current company said these people who built this deck did a terrible job. I would NEVER recommend Kennmarr to anybody. I got the name of the company from a friend. When I told him about my experience he felt awful and told me he knows Marla personally and therefore recommended her without seeing her work. It was a big mistake to hire her and I want to prevent others from doing the same.
