Shannon was here on emergency call, and got the furnace running! He gave different options as to a future repair, and I’ll weigh those options. He called in to the office to find out about the cost of a service part, which he didn’t have to do, and scheduled a call to have estimate done for new furnace. Very pro-active approach.
