The technicien, named Shannon, did a quick, efficient review and cleaning of my furnace. He even showed me the inside of the furnace and explained what a well functioning furnace looks likes and what a problem one looks like with pictures on his phone.
As always, Anchor Climate Care techniciens, are courteous, polite and leave the location in a clean state, when finished. Shannon has a good sense of humour and makes the visit enjoyable.
