A/C control broke after 2 years (Picture a mini iPad type). . Technician came put on an extremely old version and said that the one that we had is on backorder. That was about six or seven weeks ago. Again, it was two years old, and I was quite surprised when I was sent a bill for the visit, even though it was still on warranty. I still havent paid, but I still havent heard back from him.
