Issues with salespeople, with original installation.
I had some serious issues with the installation of my water softener system. Also I had serious problems with the salespeople that I originally bought from and the promises they gave me. It got so bad I was ready to seek legal action against them. But Sameer from Kent Water contacted me personally to discuss my issues, apologized for the sales issues, and provided me great customer service to try to resolve whatever issues he could *within his power*. Last year I met with a Jan (also goes by Yari), where I was sold a home water softener system and under sink filtration system. Jan was representing and selling the systems on behalf of Kent Water Systems. She had told me that I could remove the installation within a year if I was not happy with the products. Well I was not happy with the products. There were problems with the installation, including leaks. And the unit was using so much salt (a bag a week). I was so fed up that I called to return. But they refused the return. I was told that no such agreement was made. I was furious because that is what Jan had promised me. Jan said she never made that promise. Jan also preyed upon me as an uninformed mother, she originally baited me with a quote for $1200, and returned with a new price of over $6000 and pressured me into signing. So with an outstanding $6000 bill, a leaking and nonfunctional system, you can imagine how I felt.

Kent Water is now doing their own direct sales, so definitely feel free to reach out to them directly. But avoid, any other sellers selling on behalf on Kent Water.
