We had excellent service from Glen Bouchard. The work consisted in general service of the furnace which was not working perfectly because of an imperfect seal. The pressure switch was also serviced. Glen also serviced the gas fireplace and the humidifier, changing the filter. Glen was caring, thorough, and readily answered all questions. Please use Diamond Willow in Cochrane!

Jeff came when promised and was very efficient, pleasant and professional. He checked everything to do with the HVAC and the fireplace. He cleaned up everything and ensured that there was no mess left. He explained everything that he was doing and was able to answer all our questions. He made recommendation as to when to change the furnace filter, and explained about setting the humidifier.
We would recommend him to everyone.

When my furnace wasn't working well on the weekend I called Diamond Willow and a repairman responded to my message within the day. I thought it had began working again but called again a few days later when it completely stopped working and a repairman came within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me, resolved the problem, provided an evaluation of the general furnace condition, made recommendations to improve air humidity and efficiency of the furnace. Great service!

Our furnace stopped working during the night. Called at 9 a.m. and scheduled an appointment between 1 and 4 p.m. Jeff, the repairman arrived at 2 p.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the igniter in a matter of minutes. Also serviced the furnace and found pipes that had corroded. Very pleased with service.
