An old mid efficiency furnace (10-12 years old at that time) came with a house I bought. At first following my sister recommendation (Air Point successfully replaced her furnace to her complete satisfaction) I was contacting the company when I had problems with my furnace. They always were prompt to come, knowledgeable of detecting and fixing the issue and doing their best to prolong the life of that furnace as long as possible. And it lived for another 6 years :) The service charges were very reasonable.
Last Friday the furnace stopped working properly and it was time to replace it with a new height efficiency one. All the available choices and replacement procedures were explained in details and the optimal option was recommended. It was a complicated case as the new furnace by code has to be vented outside and involved an installation of a pipe from the middle of the finished basement to the outside wall.
Air Point technicians came exactly as they promised at 8 am. The job was done professionally, in the time it was promised. The piping was installed very accurately behind the existing walls/ceiling without any damage. The technicians left the place clean. I also received followup calls the next day.
The amount I paid for the equipment and installation was very reasonable for the value I received.
I would definitely recommend Air Point to anyone who is planning any HVAC projects as a reliable, knowledgeable and professional company who is taking their business seriously.
