Airpoint is my go-to HVAC company. They provide excellent service at a very reasonable cost. Two years ago, they installed my tankless water heater and took my rental tank back to the rental company for me. When the new water heater started malfunctioning recently, they came the same day I called, dealt with the water heater manufacturer for the warranty claim from start to finish (a very lengthy process) and installed the new water heater within a few days without any cost or hassle to me. Amazing service all around.

This is second time I use Air Point services in the spring last year they installed a new AC in my house. This time I called for a furnace replacement. Same like before, I got perfect service from the very beginning to the end of the job. Getting a quote, discussing the equipment options and installation details, booking the service date everything was easy. Vadim and Aly arrived on time and completed the job with high professionalism and outstanding customer service, all for a fair price! I highly recommend Air Point Heating and Cooling.

The air conditioner broke at my senior parents home during a heat vave on a friday before a long weekend - we called AIR POINT and DAVID showed up the same day and repaired it within three hours of the call. it was a burnt capacitor. David was super honest and helpful and gave great free advice and information. it was a pleasure dealing with them and we will use them for EVERTHING HVAC from now on.

We found out the main gas line into the house had a leak and the utility company shut off the supply.
We called Air Point and they were great. Everyone was friendly and introduced themselves. They tested all the lines, made the repair, replaced and fixed some dated lines and inspected the furnace and AC, while providing some solid recommendations. My furnace and AC are 12-14 yrs old. They didnt try to sell me at all, just great customer service.

These folks will be my first call when its time to replace my furnace and AC.

I recently had Air Point in yo replace a 20+ year old furnace. I had 3 quotes and they were a bit cheaper, but I had a good conversation with Mike who came out and I decided to give them a shot.
The replacement went well, work was done in a day, the team who came out were nice and gave good advice, and everything was cleaned up at the end. Even though it's summer and the furnace is not heating, having the new unit and more powerful fan has made a difference in cooling the house.
I expect the performance to carry through to the winter and heating.

They were able quickly schedule a maintenance visit on two ductless a/c units. They came over exactly as scheduled, were very clear on what they were doing and got it done quickly and professionally. I had a long standing issue where water would leak out of my unit that no else could fix. They thoroughly diagnosed the issue, inspected my unit and ran some tests and then decided to rerun a new drainage line all in 20 mins. Very happy with how easy they were to deal with and how quickly they got everything completed.

This is a great reliable company. They provided a fast service and the price is reasonable. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to everybody

My water heater was rusty inside and needed replacing. I had used Air Point previously and was very happy with the result and price so decided to use them again. The guys arrived on schedule and covered up the stairs for protection. My old water heater was situated in the entire of my furnace room and the guys said that they could relocate it by rerouting the water pipes and vent. I agreed and the heater was installed at the side of the room freeing up a bunch of space and making an easy path to my furnace. The team were worked very well together and a few hours later the job was done. They cleaned up all their pieces and garbage from the floor and left the room like nobody was ever in there. They installed a high end heater and I couldnt be happier not only with the price but how they worked so professionally together. I wont go anywhere else now after two installations and very happy on both occasions.

Air Point provides excellent customer service. Whenever I have an issue or maintenance, the team is very helpful. They installed my HVAC system and we go to them for all on-going service issues. Very pleased with Air Point and would highly recommend.
