I had a issue with my furnace as it was power cycling, and throwing a 31 code. Had a HVAC tech look at the previously, and he advised to replace the whole furnace. Not satisfied with this answer, I googled up Air Point , called and Oleg came to my home within the hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it and stayed behind until the unit was confirmed to be working. In the end, the fee was exactly what he quoted over the phone, even though it took around 2 hours. I am very impressed with Air Point/Oleg's prompt service, honesty and professionalism - thank you!
