Hired the services of this company for inspecting a new house we were considering buying. Gavin was thoroughly professional, answered any and all questions we had, and made sure we understood the what and the why associated with what he was doing.

I now know who's doing any home inspection I need in the future.

As first time home buyers we were eager to be at the home inspection. Gavin was excellent to work with, he provided detailed explanations, walked us through everything we needed to know, not only about the homes current state but tips and tricks for how to maintain it for years to come. I have no doubt he did a thorough job!
