Gavin went out of his way to travel to our newly purchased home in the Niagara region. His knowledge and thoroghness was evident and very much appreciated. Our report brought insight and helped us make important decisions towards the safety and improvement of our new home.

Gavin was very thorough and detail oriented. As we walked through the house, he explained clearly and in layman’s terms what did and did not meet building codes and provided suggestions for remedy. Gavin is very easy going and addressed all our questions and concerns patiently. The report was also very detailed. Gavin was recommended to me for the inspection of my new home. He was thorough, on time, friendly and professional. His detailed report was very helpful, and highlighted issues that needed to be dealt with immediately (as well as those that can be addressed later.)
