Gavin was recommended to me for the inspection of my new home. He was thorough, on time, friendly and professional. His detailed report was very helpful, and highlighted issues that needed to be dealt with immediately (as well as those that can be addressed later.) He used specialized equipment, such as a thermal reader and a drone to survey the roof. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.
