Gavin was so good!! He arrived early and so polite. He patiently explained his findings and went through his report in detail. His was very thorough, and made us feel very comfortable. He didnt leave any part of the property out! You could tell how knowledgeable he is just by having a conversation.
He is the best of the best as far as I am concerned!

Gavin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable while going through each room and explaining the issues and recommended fixes. He showed me the good things to look out for when looking at a home and explained some cost effective yearly maintenance tips. Overall I am extremely happy with his service and professionalism.

Gavin was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in his search. Checked for things we normally didn't realize we needed. Even provided insight on our condo based on just the age of the building, and further provided potential tips on how to work with condo corp on things that could be fixed.
