Rafi has provided excellent and responsive service for many years. He maintained and repaired the previous boiler until it reached the end of its life and then last year installed a new boiler. This year he provided a checkup and explained again the features of the new boiler. The listed cost is for this annual service and is very reasonable. Rafi always respomds to service requests and will rearrange his schedule to respond quickly to emergencies like no heat. I hightly recommend H & R Services
