I have three encounters with the delivery staff on December 18, 21 and 23, 2024. Im satisfied with the services provided on December 18, and on December 23. However, Im very disappointed with the services delivered on December 21, when the staff did not provide installation service as required, and damaged my hardwood floor. I had to go back to the store asking for the reason why not providing the installation service. I demand how to fix the damaged floor.

No delivery/removal/install fees, had stock on hand, CAS and the delivery guys they used did the job well. Tip: have a pathway cleared to the laundry room and disconnect hoses prior for quick delivery and setup. Knowledgeable and friendly CAS associates Joseph and Suhail - Thank You!
