CAS Oakville/Burlington Store staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Also, I want to thank to delivery team; they are very professional.

Company collect deposits for orders they cant fulfill and then refuses to refund. Twice now my order has been sold to another customer despite me responding to claim it in under 24 hours. How hard should it be to order and receive a dishwasher ?

We ordered a stackable washer dryer for our bathroom. However the washer door opened the wrong way and was not reversible. The company exchanged our machine for another with a reversible door and was very accommodating! Thank you

We needed to replace our old range within a week because it out of the blue just died. We were hosting our wedding reception at our home in less than 7 days so needed a new one fast!
