We had kitchen re done 8 years ago and this year the hinges broke. We contacted them and they sent Kevin out to check them and he replaced parts that were under warranty and another part wasnt and we paid to fix that. Kevin was on time and pleasant and everything works now . The only thing is the new spice rack model is now much smaller than before but maybe the large one broke twice because it was too heavy. I dont love the maple cabinets I had chose 8 years ago because they are soft and get damaged easily. However they have new and better options now. The customer service has improved greatly since 8 years ago as the company grew. I would hire them again for additional projects.

Since hardware is the heavily used, we made sure to provide extended warranty coverage on hinges, drawer slides and handles. The spice rack has a new and improved design for better functionality, we hope it works well for you even though the size has been adjusted!
