My basement floors were cracked, dusty, uneven and needed new life. Petra and his team made it happen. The team walked me through each step, made sure I was happy as the job progressed and waited and worked through a delay from another contractor. I would recommend and rehire.

I am VERY pleased with the work performed by Petro and his crew. These are true tradesman that are EXPERTS in their field. I contacted 2 companies for quotes, the first contractor assessed damages to my garage concrete and walls for over an hour and then took a week to get me a quote which was very professional and thorough but I wanted to get a second quote to compare so I called Petro for my second quote, within 10 minutes on site, Petro instilled the same confidence inspiring knowledge and expertise and quote was given on the spot which I approved same day. The prices were comparable but I got MORE little things taken care of by Petro and he knew exactly what needed to be done with one look, he knew how much it would cost with one round number and was modest in his deposit requirements, I could tell this is something he has done a hundred times and knows what he is doing. At times i could only understand half of what he was saying as his accent is strong and you wont get a fancy proposal from these guys, just a round number, lol... that scared me at first as I'm very meticulous and like to know what i'm buying, so i wrote out everything i wanted done, he signed it and EVERYTHING was done. Petro would not leave until I was happy that everything I wanted fixed was done. He cleaned up afterwards and was not rushing to leave. Just look at the pictures to see my BEFORE and AFTER garage renovation. I would definitely recommend these guys again and have told all my neighbors and friends about them. I wish all my renovation projects went as smoothly as with SVD-RESTORATION.

SVD removed our small builder grade deck and replaced it with a spacious concrete backyard patio. They also created a walkway at the front of the house.
They only took a small deposit and the project was done quickly, with great quality and at a very competitive price.
Our family continues to enjoy the work and since then Petro has become a hunting and fishing partner!

Amazing work. Guys we’re very understanding that I was hosting a house party and needed the work done urgently. Three days to complete the entire project and wouldn’t accept payment until the end other than a 300 deposit. Highly recomeneded and extremely transparent with work details.

My concrete stairs needed repair and resurfacing, a part of the metal railing had rusted and detached from the base, and some brickwork required replacement and parging.

I contacted SVD Restoration and Peter arrived in the evening to provide a quote. Although Peter had suggested there may be a wait for the work to get started, the job was actually completed ahead of schedule.

Our company hired SVD Restoration to remove and parking gate island and reform and pour a new island.

Three knowledgeable staff arrived on time and equipped to do this job. They were very friendly and helped us do extra work outside of the scope of work given to them.

The final result was impressive to say the least.
