I called Petro & Vasyl to advise on my old concrete porch, we came to agreement to replace all. They worked over the long weekend and finished the project. Very Happy with outcome and where recommended to my friend.

I had 4 stone steps at my front entrance abutting my house and interlocking driveway. The original interlocking company did not place the correct foundation for such heavy solid stone steps and with time these steps were sinking and the attached wrought iron railing was pulling away from the house. Not only was this unsightly but also, an accident waiting to happen.
I placed my Homestars request online and within hours these men came out to my job site, evaluated the job, quoted a fair price and started the work the next day. They are very knowledgeable and work meticulously to perfect the project.

I had SVD (Petro) create an opening in a block wall for me to facilitate a renovation within our workspace. SVD-RESTORATION completed concrete repair work on the Front porch and concrete stairs. The old sealant was removed to the original concrete, all cracks were sealed and new layers of concrete and paint was applied. SVD were friendly, professional and reliable. Awesome Job!!!

We had an old concrete siding in a front of the house, so we decided to replace it. At the first time in 2015 we have done a concrete in a front of the house with the concrete step in affront of the main door, and it appears pretty nice and solid. Then year later we decided to have concrete around the house, just to make sure that there is a waterproof done. We're very happy with the done work for our home.

We had had some problems with my garage floor. Uneven level, big cracks and it seemed like it had been done by amateurs before.After an inspection we realized that all floor needed to be replaced.
