Staff appeared to be from unemployment line. Had to go shopping for parts on my time. Hired to FIX problem. Just moved it 3 ft ahead. Left me with a hole in ground, pipe exposed and now currently filling with mud....just as before. Jack claimed it was a miscommunication problem, however he did send Chris out to review problem first. Charged me $500 to dig another 18" hole and go shopping for 35" of pipe. I did call and they agreed to come out and take another look and now FIX the problem but I would be charged again. I decided I wasn't paying another $95 per hr for labour. Would definitely not recommend.

Excellent job! Thomas was friendly and did the an amazing job. . Quality work! Thomas is a very outgoing gentlemen. Made us feel very comfortable while he worked on the problem. He took the time to explain a few things of the job he performed.

Had a great experience with Cavalry Mechanical!! We had a persistent clog in our kitchen sink. Chris worked until he found the problem which turned out to be bigger than just snaking out the pipe. Chris worked until he found the problem, was very pleasant to have in the house and the bill at the end was a good surprise for all of the time spent. Cavalry Mechanical is Chris's company and that he was the one to come out and fix the problem. You can be confident calling this plumber!!

My home is 65 plus years old and the original toilet was still in use. Cavalry Mechanical changed my toilet to a more efficient double flush,cleaned the bathroom and brought the old toilet out to the street for pick up. I received a follow-up phone call 2 days later to confirm that the toilet was working well and with no leaks. Kind, reliable and efficient service. Thanks!
