Works was to be completed mid Aug., but they walked off the job in Nov. They attempt to bully me into final payment before final inspection. Inspection failed showing many deficiencies and covered up problems. Had to hire someone else to complete job. Job was finally completed and deficiencies fixed and work was brought up to code by another contractor in January.
Contractor was rarely on site. Workers often unsupervised and many mistakes made. Many days went with no one on site. When they did come they would often only be there for 3 to 4 hours. Often supplies were not there or were wrong supplies and workers could not perform their work. Building inspectors were treated with contempt and their requests were ignored. I would never hire this company again. It was a complete headache and was stressful from start to finish.
