The appliance technician came in today and fixed my dryer. Work was extensive and the guy was extremely polite. My dryer is working like brand new for a fraction of the price! The technician finished earlier than expected and clean up after himself well. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for an appliance repair company and will continue using this company myself for upcoming years.

Outstanding customer service and repairmen. The lady on the phone was very polite and immensely helped to schedule the appointment. The Repairmen came the next day and fixed my fridge fast and left no mess behind. I was glad everything was clean and working correctly after the technician left. He was dressed professionally and looked like he knew what he was doing, which is always good to see. What I paid was far less than what I expected and I already recommended to my relatives. I will use them again for sure!!

To start, I am very satisfied with the service and everything about my experience. I called because my friend suggested Same Day Appliance and I decided to give them a try. Definitely worth it and so many good things to say that I am lost. To start, I was greeted by a friendly woman on the phone who took my request fast and easy. I had an appointment scheduled in a flash and waited for the technician. He came right on time, which is a good thing for me and updated me frequently which is professional and good to know. Either way, he analyzed everything pretty quickly and repaired my washer on the spot. I did not expect a reasonable price for the service I received yet paid a lot less than I thought.

John is the best! So helpful, fast, reliable, honest. I can go on. I called John for two different jobs. In two other cities within a 10 kilometres radius and got them both resolved quickly! Same Day Appliance Repair is the company to call, and you won’t regret it!

My husband randomly found this company online as our fridge was in extreme need of repair and at risk of losing all the fresh food we just bought. We couldn't be happier with the results. SO relieved we didn't have to get a new one. Artie was friendly. He was also super *safe* in these crazy COVID times, wearing a mask, putting paper booties on and maintaining distance as we spoke. We Will call this company first If any other appliance in our apt needs attention

What an honest group. I called to see what was wrong with my dishwasher. Over the phone, Nichole told me that I needed a technician to come in and diagnose the issue, and she can send me one that day. They charged me a service call and gave me a full diagnosis of the problem. Now I need to get approved by my landlord, and then they're coming back to complete the repair for me. Even tho it's not on the spot, they still agreed to waive the service call on the second visit. Great people!!

Artie came out the same day to check out and diagnose our broken fridge. He had our refrigerator up and running again in no time without trying to charge me an arm and leg, or worse, trying to replace the whole unit. Every other company wanted $120 to diagnose the problem on top of the service. The same-day appliance repair waved the $80 service call, and we just paid for the repair.

Nichole was the one who answered the phone, she sent me a technician right away, the customer service was excellent, and the technician came on time and was super professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company, definitely worth a ten star.

After having a poor experience with another company a week earlier, we researched and found this company. We were nervous but so thankful we made the call. From booking our appt. to having our oven fixed, it was a completely positive experience. John was professional, very knowledgeable and thorough.
He took his time to explain everything he was doing and what he found after a complete assessment.
Our oven was fixed after John found the problem, after being told by the other company that we needed an expensive part that wasn’t needed !!

Our oven gave out a few days before a big party. Called Same Day Appliance Service and was able to book an appointment fast. Daniel came by, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate before doing any work, and fixed it quickly. Oven has been working great since.
