Older house built in 1972. Kitchen faucet had been replaced once already. I bought my own new faucet from Lowe's. Unlike some other service providers on Homestars, Alex responded promptly to my quote inquiry. His final invoice matched his quote. Added two metal stabilizer plates as the kitchen counter wood has deteriorated (no additional charge). He is polite and friendly. Arrived on time and actually gave me email and phone updates as to him being on his way. Wore shoe covers over his shoes (like they wear in hospital operating rooms), which I found really nice. Had a quick look at my bathroom to give me a quick opinion on work that might have to be done in the future. Very satisfied.
