My restaurant's A/C unit stopped working last week so I called Maxaire. I spoke with Karnik and he had someone out their the next day.
The parts were ordered and the repairs were done in a timely fashion.

Karnik at MaxeAire is excellent. He is very professional and responsive and his staff are also superb. Most HVAC contractors keep you waiting and under deliver with respect to service and quality. MaxeAire's fees are reasonable and the overall service experience is very positive leaving you with the sense that they really appreciate your business and want to earn it. This is very rare nowadays where even average service is hard to find. I'd definitely use them again and will be replacing my furnace and A/C with them in the future.

Karnik and his team helped us out tremendously. We were working in very difficult situations, insofar as we were under time constraints as well as overseas while this was all taking place. Karnik and his team made things go very smoothly, offered us multiple options and were extremely flexible with their time. They went above an beyond the call of duty, discussions thru the middle of the night in some cases. End result - our issues were fixed in a very smooth and satisfactory way under the most difficult of circumstances.

I needed a new air conditioning unit for my 3200 sqft house but the competitors were trying to sell me a unit that would not meet my needs. Karnik and the Maxaire team knew exactly what I needed and were honest and knowledgeable about it. Plus they had the most efficient installation team.

Had a new furnace installed by another company and wasn't getting any heat to the back of my house, after several back and forth with the company and no resolution, I called Maxaire. Karnik sent KJ out to investigate, and gave us a couple options, they also had another company come out and gives us the cost of having our ducts sealed. We had KJ do the work and install a damper, which has created more heat to the back of the house. Karnik stayed in touch by text and phone and followed up after every visit. I wish I gave them my business the first time, but will be using them going forward.

Out with the old, in with the new ... enter Maxaire. Not only were Karnik and team very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, they exemplified exceptional customer service and had a solutions-oriented mindset. Karnik was very responsive and flexible, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns throughout the entire process (and during any time of the day, night and weekends!). Maxaire provided a high quality and thorough installation service package (pre/during/post), plus they went above and beyond to ensure the product looked great too! Maxaire service was cordial, prompt, honest, thorough, and effective. They responded promptly to a service call and the technician persisted until finding the root cause of the problem.

My Furnace was shutting down in one of the coldest days of the seasons so the temperature was dropping quickly and I was beginning to fear for my (house's) pipes. Luckily, Maxaire was able to send Kaja that same day and, after determining that the flame sensor was misbehaving he procured the part, and replaced the next day. Unfortunately, that was not the only problem, the furnace was running longer but still shutting down prematurely. Kaja fortunately persevered and found the connections for the pressure switch to be improperly connected, which was easily rectified, and solved the problem for good.

Kaja is very knowledgeable and thorough and I would definitively would trust him again with my furnace if it misbehaves again.

It was right after new year when our furnace broke down. We called three (3) service providers for quote and only Karnik Tellyan from Maxaire came personally and expediently to our house to inspect the existing furnace, assess the air quality and determine the appropriate furnace for us, prior to giving the quote. For his sales pitch, he was transparent, concise and downright honest. While his quote was not the lowest among the 3 suppliers, his clear presentation made us feel comfortable that we know exactly what we're getting. Unlike our old furnace with no air intake from outside, this new furnace he's offering us will have external air intake and thicker filter for better air quality. His desire, not just to get our business, but to provide a genuine value proposition made us more convinced to stick with his pitch. The ensuing service visit, disposition of the old unit and installation of the new furnace were seamless. We're more than satisfied and so glad that we decided to go to Maxaire. Karnik's keen sense of legendary customer service is highly commendable! I have no hesitation in recommending Maxaire to any and all future customers!

Maxaire was very professional in explaining the problem with my fireplace, and also very quick to resolve the issue. I am happy to refer him to anyone that would need HVAC services.
