Maxaire

I woke up early to a cold Saturday morning with the furnace not working. I was worried that I would not be able to get heating that fast considering that it was still early and a weekend at that. I took my chances and called up Maxaire but no one answered. In a few moments my phone rang and it was Karmik from Maxaire who got my missed call. I told him about my dilemma and he was concerned that we had no heating and uncomfortable at such a cold day. He did his best to get a technician to my house and resolve the problem immediately. He even did a follow up call after the technician left to give me some pointers and checked that everything was working.

Had problem finding parts dealer for my A/C unit. Called Maxair.
Karnig came in the next couple hours. It wasn't long to find the right parts dealers. Ordered on the go and when the arrived, in couple days, Karnig came and installed them personally.

Maxaire came to my house at about 11am in July and the Air Conditioner was fully installed by 6pm the same day. The work was done very professionally with the least disruption to my household.

Very satisfied with their service. My furnace broke and they send the Technitian right away. After his diagnostic, the Technitian explained and shortly after, the manager took the time to call me and further explain and answer all my questions. Very professional people with a customer oriented culture and the price was very competitive. I would certainly recommend this company and service.

I had some water pooling around my furnace and water tank. I contacted Karnik to come and have a look and he came the same day. It ended up being an issue with the (rented) water tank - but Karnik (as always) made himself available ASAP and the knowledge and service he provides is outstanding and second to none. He is my first and only go to for anything related to my heating or air conditioning. Highly recommend him - he will not disappoint.
