I needed to replace the original caulking at my residence. The team arrived on time and completed the work well before the estimated time. Very professional, clean and exceptional service. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs to replace their external caulking. The price was also very reasonable.

The reason I hired them was because rain was leaking through the window frame.

For a year after they completed the work, there were no issues like leaks causing rain to run down the window frame.

However, in the second year, the leak started again. Its clear they did a poor job (I worried it and made a complaint but they ignored) the caulking held up for the first year but then failed.

They gave me a 10-year warranty document, but despite numerous texts and calls, they neither showed up nor inspected the issue.

Never hire this company for any job.

Vemex did an excellent job at recaulking all our windows, even ones up very high. They gave an estimate and were able to start the work within about ten days. All the caulking was painted and the rust marks above the sliding glass doors were also painted. Vemex also cleaned the outside windows! All the work was done in one day. The workers were polite and cleaned up most of the debris left behind. Highly recommend this company.

The crew arrived early morning and they worked very hard. The job site was kept tidy and it was left clean; they even re-caulked areas we hadn't thought of, like the vents.
