The reason I hired them was because rain was leaking through the window frame. For a year after they completed the work, there were no issues like leaks causing rain to run down the window frame. However, in the second year, the leak started again. Its clear they did a poor job (I worried it and made a complaint but they ignored) the caulking held up for the first year but then failed. They gave me a 10-year warranty document, but despite numerous texts and calls, they neither showed up nor inspected the issue. Never hire this company for any job.

I am so sorry you ended up deciding you didn't want us to go and inspect only the job we did.
As per our conversation I could've done that I just wasn't willing to ask my crew to do or apply any new caulking on the flashing you had installed above the windows you are having the problem with.
If you change your mind as we warranted our job our crew will be there checking what we did and making sure that our job still in place.
