The work was timely and on schedule. Lou checked with me throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the renovations. He brought floor options to my house for me to choose from, making it convenient for me and my husband. While not the cheapest option, it was fairly priced. I feel comfortable that the work was done properly and no corners were skipped.

Lou was very professional and reliable, everything was done on time and transparently. He also kept up with the dozens of specific details we requested, and gave advice where needed to help us save time or costs. We love the new shower and bathroom, and hope to work with Lou again!

Backyard work required to assist with drainage issues. Lou was an on-site manager and contractor for all projects. Lou sourced trades and followed up on all aspects of projects until completion.

We hired Lou to handle some tricky updates that we didn't have the time or the skill to do ourselves. He was very prompt to respond to email and phone questions. He did a terrific job and left the work areas spotlessly clean when he finished. We are very pleased with the results, and will hire Lou again for home renovation projects. Lou had been referred to us by two other people, and we would recommended him highly to others.

After meeting with a number of contractors to undertake renovations of a circa 1950 bungalow in Toronto, we were immediately impressed by Lou Panacci. Lou is extremely personable. From planning the project that included painting and re-plastering, replacing and/or refinishing original flooring, making electrical improvements, gutting and redesigning the main kitchen, building a new downstairs bathroom and creating more closet space, Lou always took time to our concerns and as a result, found vendors and tradesmen who perfectly suited our needs. He kept in regular contact to keep us abreast of ongoing progress. We are extremely pleased with the end result and highly recommend Lou's Home Improvements without hesitation. Bravo, Lou!!!

LOU did a terrific job (on time and budget) renovating my condo years ago. When I joined my new wife in her solid but old house, we asked him to bring it up to date - lighting, painting, extensive bathroom renovation, attic insulation, refinishing wood in some areas, etc. What he did himself was well done; where he used trades, he kept good track and we know he knew what was happening. High quality work and very neat. Again, on time and budget. We are very satisfied.

Excellent work on time on original budget. House was left as clean as possible given the work being completed. Always kept us up to date with progress and issues with possible solutions.
