Start to finish, Paul and his team (Byron, Chad, Mary etc) have been there to help me out. Two BBQs (Weber) and a fantastic Kettle-Pizza Gas Pro kit are what they have helped me with so far. So often I deal with contractors who have zero follow-up and zero personal touch. Why go to Home Depot to buy a BBQ when you can get a better unit (Canadian Special Edition) from a knowledgeable team who go so far as to assemble, deliver and provide some great grilling advice!?!? So often the feeling of TRUST (warranty, after-service etc) is glaringly absent from the home improvement / contractor market. At Appleby - I felt confident in my purchases - they are always there to help and have a strong local reputation to uphold. Technically saavy installers aplenty - these guys are the real deal. Without question - they have my full-hearted recommendation for any grilling, hearth or HVAC related purchase/service. Keep up the great work!

It was time to replace and update both items. The work was completed on time as promised, neat and clean, by extremely polite personnel. The cost was less than local contractors and I was very pleased with the service. Excellent value for the cost. I would highly recommend this company.

Our furnace fan no longer worked therefore the house had no heat. I contacted Applebee Systems. They were excellent about responding to the issue and sending someone out to the house to do a diagnostic test. Unfortunately their follow-up work was not as efficient. The first replacement fan ordered was incomplete. The second fan component was complete but Applebee could not schedule anyone to install the part for 2 days. The workmen were tidy and did a good job when they finally did arrive, but I had to wait all day. Initially they would not negotiate a lower price. In the end they did not charge some of the labour and removed the taxes as a result of the original delay.
